REMEDIAL DRAINAGE

David Beecroft Ltd have vast experience in remedial drainage works, for both the private and public sector. We conduct works for Thames Water and Local Authorities in this area.

Vast Experience.
In previous years we have undertaken larger projects installing village sewers and sewage works. We now put this experience into remedial drainage services for Private Individuals, Property developers, Utility Companies and Local Authorities.

Road and Streetworks.
We have Road and Streetworks trained staff with great experience in "under pavement" excavations and associated troubles with pipes.

Sewer Lateral Connections.
We routinely carry out sewer connections to both new and existing properties. This often involves working in the road and pavement, the associated paperwork and negotiations with Councils, Utilities and Highways is all completed by ourselves to a recognised standard.

CONCRETE AND TARMAC INSTALLATIONS

We are able to install structural concrete to any specification and have great experience in this area of civils works.

Small installations of asphalt/tarmac to HAUC specifications.
We employ trained Road and Streetworks operatives and are well accustomed to working on the roads, complying to all necessary Health and Safety requirements.

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKS

We have completed many environmental improvement tasks to a high standard. We are well accustomed to working around natural watercourses ensuring all environmental constraints are effectively in place to protect local ecosystems.
We have undertaken pioneering projects to construct and shape wetlands to provide a natural habitat for wildlife, particularly birds to flourish. These works also involved the construction of viewing platforms and huts to provide places to monitor the extent to which the birds were taking to their new home.
The photos shown are part of some environmental improvement works completed on behalf of Cherwell District Council. The work involved construction of new discharge courses, construction of footpaths and roads as well as piling. The work was all completed under strict environmental constraints to prevent damage to damage to the fragile ecosystem.

DEMOLITION

We have undertaken many demolition projects in the past ranging from minor pumping stations to large agricultural/industrial buildings.

Our trained experienced staff are capable of a wide range of services including asbestos removal- often a problem in older properties.

We conduct a range of Civil Engineering Services. These can be subdivided into the following categories: Remedial Drainage, Concrete and Tarmac installations, Demolition, Groundworks, Environmental Remediation work, and Environmental Landscaping/Lagoon construction. We are also highly capable at general Civils work covering everything from underpinning walls to slope and soil stabilisation.
